## BookVC cloud

BookVC cloud backup and version history are included with the BookVC plan. Limits are shown in the app.

## PenPal AI

PenPal AI is a separate plan in both directions: it needs no BookVC plan, and BookVC needs no PenPal AI plan. Hosted AI requires a separate PenPal AI plan.

PenPal AI is a separate writing-assistant subscription surface. PenPal Standard is $5/month billed monthly or $4/month billed annually, with 3M input / 1.5M output tokens each month. PenPal Plus is $10/month billed monthly or $8/month billed annually, with 10M input / 5M output tokens each month. Standard allows 600 actions per month; Plus allows 2,000. Both token and action limits apply. Both plans include both service classes and Ask, Plan, Write, and Draw modes. PenPal is API-only through Panulat-hosted Swift and Deep service classes; Panulat does not download a model or accept a user-supplied provider key. Yearly is the default display. Usage resets monthly. Checkout, billing, and hosted access are not available yet.
