Boards & Cards
Create boards, nest sections, and write on cards.
Every board is a card container in the dock.
Open Boards from the left rail. Each board is its own card with a dark header showing the board name and an Active pill for the open board. Sections and cards list inside their board, and cards show their color.
- -New board creates an empty planning surface.
- -Sections group cards; sections can nest up to ten levels deep.
- -Cards open in the Card Editor when you click them.
Structure with sections, write on cards.
Use the Add menu in the board header to create sections and cards. A card is a page file (.plr) with the same block editor as the manuscript, without book page chrome. Cards can be colored with presets or any custom hex color.
- -Section bands group the cards under them.
- -Cards carry colors that help you scan the board.
- -The row menu handles rename, recolor, move, duplicate, and delete.
Full-page editing without book chrome.
Clicking a card opens it in the center Canvas under Code Editor | Card Editor. Write and arrange blocks freely; nothing on a card affects the printed book until you use it.
Cards stay inside their board.
