Choose the Panulat service class for the work.

PenPal is API-only through Panulat's hosted AI service. Swift is the everyday service class, while Deep is the higher-effort class when its entitlement, quality, latency, and budget gates are open. Panulat owns the provider and model mapping.

• -Swift: everyday hosted drafting, planning, answers, and editing.
• -Deep: higher-effort hosted work when the service class is available for the account.
• -You do not need to choose a provider, download a model, or supply a provider key.

PenPal uses Panulat account authority instead of provider setup.

When hosted rollout opens, sign in to Panulat and choose an entitled Swift or Deep service class. PenPal AI is a standalone plan: it needs no BookVC plan, and BookVC needs no PenPal AI plan. Panulat obtains a short-lived action grant and streams through its AI service; there is no model download or provider-key setup. Billing and hosted access are not available yet.

Choose a monthly allowance, billed monthly or annually.

PenPal Standard is $5/month billed monthly or $4/month billed annually, with 500 credits each month. PenPal Plus is $10/month billed monthly or $8/month billed annually, with 1,200 credits each month. That is about 20–100 actions a month on Standard and about 50–250 on Plus, depending on how much text each request uses.

Both plans include Swift and Deep service classes and Ask, Plan, Write, and Draw modes. Annual billing saves $12/year for Standard or $24/year for Plus. Credits reset monthly with either billing cycle; annual billing does not grant the year's credits upfront. Accounts, purchases and hosted access are coming soon.

Each request uses credits based on how much text PenPal reads and writes; repeated context from earlier in a conversation costs less. Before you send, PenPal shows an estimate and asks you to agree, and a request never uses more than you agreed to. If it needs more, PenPal stops and asks first. You need at least 5 credits to send, and you can choose not to be asked for small sends. Every request has a receipt, and your usage history lists each one. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over.
