Add, rename, move, and delete with the row menu.
Hover a row to reveal its menu (the ellipsis). The chapter menu includes Open, Add Page, Chapter Settings, Copy, Paste, Move Up, Move Down, Duplicate, and Delete. Page rows offer Open, Page Settings, Copy, Paste, Duplicate, Move Up, Move Down, and Delete.

Use the Fill Pages action in the Manuscript dock header to insert standard pages like Title Page, Copyright, Dedication, Acknowledgments, and About the Author. Presets open as normal pages you can edit freely.
